The location was perfect on the actual day everything was perfect and the staff here was very helpful and attentive. Moreover, it was close enough to beautiful East Sussex, and the resturant.

The unit we got was well-appointed and good sized with a beautiful view and very pleasant decor plus tea/coffee. There was a great selection of gorgeous meals.

It was clean, everyone was helpful and attentive. The location was beautiful, right by Leeford Place, and the lovely historic battle abbey is. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 25 minutes walk away.

This was a fantastic stay during my brother's wedding. Marvellous and fantastic location unable to use the restaurant, met standards. Besides, it was not far from the lovely historic battle abbey is, and beautiful grounds.

Had standard room with the garden, breathtaking views and tea/coffee. Nice building, stunning and great location just off Leeford Place, and the front garden. Also, in a beautiful setting.

The staff was friendly attentive and excellent throughout the day. Booked a twin room with an electric kettle, central heating and TV. We greatly enjoyed having a bath.

The room is warm, the people are fairly friendly. The English breakfast with coissants, bacon, juice is the highlight. It offers stunning location adjacent to the lovely historic battle abbey is, and garden.

Overall it was well-appointed and great-sized with a view. The location was fantastic as for me, near to the lovely historic battle abbey is as well as beautiful grounds.
